Overview

Simon Coin is a memecoin promoting freedom, transparency, and creative expression within a bold, community-led ecosystem. The full UX/UI design was executed in Figma, followed by development in Webflow, resulting in a clean, intuitive website that seamlessly communicates the project’s mission. The site features dedicated sections for the causes, token details, journey, community, FAQs, and fan art—blending a serious political stance with a vibrant, creative personality.

Alongside the main site, a custom staking WebApp was designed and developed to allow users to stake their Simon tokens through an elegant, user-friendly interface. The design system ensured consistency between the website and WebApp, reinforcing brand identity while maintaining scalability for future updates.

Challenge

The project required a platform that could present a politically charged mission in a way that was accessible, transparent, and engaging for both crypto enthusiasts and newcomers. The website needed to clearly communicate the causes and goals of the project, humanize complex political issues through storytelling, and provide a seamless user experience for token staking. Consistency between the marketing site and the staking WebApp was essential to maintain trust and brand cohesion.

Solution / Approach

A scalable design system was created in Figma, ensuring consistency across the website and staking WebApp. The main site was developed in Webflow, featuring a clean, responsive layout optimized for clarity and accessibility. Dedicated sections were designed for each cause, highlighting political “villains” with AI-generated cartoon artwork and clear explanations of their impact, blending personality with transparency.

The Journey section presented the project’s origin story and future roadmap, connecting each milestone to concrete actions and causes. For the staking experience, a custom WebApp was designed using the same visual system, creating a cohesive transition from site to app. The staking interface was simplified for users of all experience levels, ensuring intuitive navigation, clear feedback, and a smooth interaction flow.
