Full brand identity and digital presence development for Tua Pata Hotel, a premium dog and cat hotel in Portugal. The project included logo design, brandbook, marketing assets, vehicle branding, social media setup, UX/UI design, and Webflow development of a responsive website showcasing the hotel’s services and facilities.
Overview
Tua Pata Hotel is a high-standard boarding and care facility for dogs and cats, located on a fully fenced 4.5-acre farm in Mirandela. Surrounded by nature and the breathtaking views of Serra dos Passos, the hotel provides an environment where pets enjoy safety, comfort, and daily stimulation. Services include luxury boarding, petsitting, daycare, training, grooming, and bathing, all designed to ensure pets’ happiness and owners’ peace of mind.The facilities feature 12 individual dog boxes and 8 cat boxes, each with access to outdoor sheltered spaces and a solarium. Complemented by 24-hour video surveillance and attentive staff, the hotel delivers a combination of professional care and personal warmth. The brand and website were designed to reflect this balance — premium service in a friendly, trust-building style.
Challenge
The main challenge was to create a cohesive brand and online presence that would appeal to pet owners looking for premium services while maintaining a warm, approachable feel. The visual identity needed to be versatile enough for physical applications—such as vehicle branding and printed materials—as well as digital channels, while clearly presenting the hotel’s broad range of services.
Solution / Approach
A complete visual identity was created, starting with the logo and brandbook to define colors, typography, and brand guidelines. This identity was applied to business cards, promotional materials, vehicle branding for the pet transport service, and social media templates.
The website was designed in Figma and developed in Webflow with a responsive, mobile-first approach. Each service—boarding, petsitting, daycare, training, and grooming—was given its own dedicated section with clear descriptions and engaging visuals. Photography showcased the modern facilities, outdoor areas, and interaction with pets, while copywriting reflected the brand’s dedication to animal well-being. Calls-to-action encouraged bookings and inquiries, targeting both regular services and special requests.
