The website for QSF – Quinta da Sagrada Família presents a historic property in Évora with five restored houses available for rent. Developed in Webflow with Lodgify integration, the site offers a seamless booking system while reflecting the heritage and serene atmosphere of the estate.
Overview
Quinta da Sagrada Família is more than just a property—it is a place of tradition, nature, and hospitality. With centuries of history, the estate has been carefully restored to welcome guests in five unique houses, each designed to preserve its authentic character.
The website was created to showcase this rich heritage while also providing a seamless booking experience through a Lodgify-powered system. Beyond accommodation, the platform highlights the quinta’s living heritage with more than 40 animals, including singular species bred on-site, family dogs, sheep, goats, and free-range farm animals. It also offers a guide to local activities in Évora and its surroundings, inviting visitors to immerse themselves in the culture of the region. This combination of storytelling and functionality ensures that guests can book their stay while connecting with the deeper identity and values of the quinta.
Challenge
The challenge was to create a modern, user-friendly booking experience while maintaining the authenticity of the quinta’s heritage. The site had to combine practical functionality for guests with rich storytelling that showcased both hospitality and tradition.
Solution / Approach
The project started with a full sitemap and UX flows, mapping content around “Stay, Meet Us, Explore.” UI design followed a warm, nature-inspired aesthetic to echo the property’s charm and authenticity.Development in Webflow provided flexibility for CMS-driven content, while the integration of Lodgify allowed real-time booking management similar to hotel platforms. This created a seamless process for guests to check availability, book, and confirm stays.Special attention was given to animal heritage storytelling, presenting the quinta not just as a lodging destination, but as a place where tradition, breeding, and natural living coexist.
