Inspired by the resilience of the Himalayan people, Xerpa is a brand and digital platform designed to support health professionals by simplifying and streamlining clinical processes across multiple areas. The project combined branding design and a fully responsive Webflow website, ensuring a seamless experience that reflects the company’s mission to reinvent medical training and daily routines for doctors worldwide.
Overview
Xerpa’s mission is to be the assistant for doctors during their training journey, offering tools to register, manage, and share clinical, scientific, and educational activities. The brand identity, created in 2017, translated the concept of resilience and guidance—values deeply tied to the symbolism of the Himalayas—into a strong and reliable visual language. Business cards and a comprehensive brand book ensured consistency across applications.
In 2022, the brand evolved with the launch of its official Webflow-powered website, designed to communicate Xerpa’s services and values in a clear and engaging way. Built with a CMS for scalability, the platform showcases more than 16 medical specialties, providing users with structured content and an intuitive interface. UX and UI were first mapped and designed in Figma, ensuring that the final product balanced usability, storytelling, and modern design.
Challenge
The challenge was to unify branding and digital presence. On one side, the identity needed to convey trust, resilience, and modernity to appeal to health professionals. On the other, the website had to present complex features like clinical record-keeping, reporting, and data sharing—without overwhelming users.
Solution / Approach
The branding process focused on translating simplicity, value creation, and transparency into a modern, recognizable visual system. Typography, color palettes, and iconography were defined in a brand book to guide all applications, including stationery such as business cards.
For the website, the process began with a complete sitemap and UX flows, later evolving into UI designs in Figma. Once validated, the build was developed in Webflow, incorporating dynamic CMS collections to host content across medical specialties. The final integration resulted in a scalable and responsive site aligned with Xerpa’s values and mission: reinventing medical training.
