Overview

Portgás needed a digital flow for service scheduling that was intuitive, efficient, and aligned with its design system. The goal was not to reinvent the brand, but to extend the existing visual language and UX patterns into a new functionality. Through research and flow mapping, the scheduling journey was reimagined to reduce friction and improve user experience. The final outcome was a high-fidelity prototype showing a clear, responsive flow for mobile devices.

Solution / Approach

The design process began with research into user needs, followed by mapping the step-by-step scheduling journey. Wireframes were created to validate the structure and usability, then refined into high-fidelity prototypes in Figma. The Portgás design system was applied consistently throughout, with new components introduced only when necessary to ensure scalability and coherence. The result was a seamless extension of the brand’s digital experience, tailored for mobile use.
