Pathfinders is a creative web design agency founded in 2016. In 2020, the brand and website were redesigned in Webflow with a refreshed logo color, updated services, and an optimized quote form. The goal was to modernize the digital presence and better showcase the team’s expertise and portfolio.
Overview
Pathfinders, co-founded in 2016, started as a small team of two freelancers and grew into a creative agency offering branding, website, and mobile app design. By 2020, it became clear that the brand identity and website no longer reflected the agency’s capabilities. The redesign focused on creating a more digital and professional identity, starting with an updated logo that adopted a brighter, more saturated green to feel modern and dynamic.
The website was fully rebuilt in Webflow, with a stronger structure and clearer communication of services. Each area—branding, websites, and apps—was expanded with more detail to explain processes and value. The portfolio was updated, the team was introduced with individual profiles, and a new “Get a Quote” form was added to convert visitors into clients more effectively. To give the site a unique personality, an interactive easter egg was integrated, surprising visitors and helping the agency stand out.
The redesign proved to be a success, helping Pathfinders grow in revenue and scale its team. Between 2022 and 2024, the agency doubled its results compared to previous years, reaching around 200k/year and expanding from 2 to 8 people.

The website redesign was structured around transparency and professionalism, with dedicated sections for services, portfolio, team, and client experience. UX/UI design was created in Figma and implemented in Webflow for a fully responsive and scalable build.
Special attention was given to the “Get a Quote” form, redesigned to attract more potential clients through a simple, intuitive flow. The site also featured an interactive easter egg—a playful, dynamic element that reflected the agency’s creative spirit and instantly engaged visitors.
By combining modern design, clear communication, and interactive details, the new Pathfinders website reinforced the agency’s positioning and became a key driver of growth in the following years.
